I had a wonderful time exploring the promenade that runs along the coastline. The sea breeze was refreshing, and my grandson loved discovering the beautiful spots along El Arenal and getting to see the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the location made it super convenient to hit the beach daily!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel staff improved their English skills and provided better amenities for families, like a kettle in the room.

However, the stay was marred by significant issues, particularly with the one-bedroom apartment. cleanliness was a major concern, with bugs and unwashed bathroom fixtures that required extensive scrubbing before use. Additionally, the limited kitchen supplies made self-catering challenging, forcing us to eat out more than planned.
